Deadline for Performance Submissions is June 1, 2018

Thank you for your interest in performing at TEDxLosGatos 2018. We are now open for performance submissions—music, theatrical, dance, arts, poetry, or other creative endeavors that we may not have thought of yet—and will be accepting proposals until Midnight, June 1, 2018. If this is the first time you have performed at a TED or TEDx event, or even if you are an experienced performer in any venue, please consider these tips to help your submission be a success.

Your performance should be anywhere from 10-15 minutes in length. TEDxLosGatos will be following the TED performer rules. For example, performers are banned from “selling from the stage,” and there is strict enforcement of the clock.

An additional benefit of performing at TEDxLosGatos is that your performance will be made available online following the conference at the TEDxLosGatos website, and on the TEDx YouTube channel. TED has never paid performers to appear, but has always committed to creating an experience that’s tremendously fulfilling and beneficial on all sides, and as a TEDx licensee we plan to do the same.

If you are unfamiliar with TED, we invite you to view some past TED performances at TED.
